Prospera Credit Union donates $50,000 to assist Options with affordable housing initiative

Prospera Credit Union supports affordable housing in Surrey and is very pleased to be part of the Women of Options initiative undertaken by Options Community Services. Prospera donated $50,000 towards the building project and will proudly carry their name on the Library Patio Deck for the next five years.

“Our credit union is committed to fostering vibrant, healthy communities,” says Gavin Toy, President and CEO of Prospera. “Affordable housing is critical to building our local communities, and Prospera is proud to partner with Options as they provide homes for those who need an affordable place to call home.”

“As an organization, we have found Prospera absolutely wonderful to work with. We have built relationships with them over many years and we were thrilled when they elected to support us in our fundraising efforts. It is this kind of support from credit unions and financial partners that makes us proud of working in this community.” – Christine Mohr, CEO.
